职位描述

1、通过电话及网络渠道接待客户的各类业务咨询;

2、积极了解客户消费意向,介绍公司产品的特色,引导客户正确了解公司信息;

3、对客户订单进行处理、跟踪等相关工作。

4、处理客户的一般投诉,及时进行上报。


职位要求:

1.口齿清晰、普通话标准流利;英语四级以上

2.具有良好的服务意识,吃苦耐劳,做事认真负责;

3.能接受翻班工作,能够承担一定的工作压力;

4.学历大专以上


Job responsibilities:

1. Provide customers with high-quality essay writing and supportive service in strict accordance with the working standards and service procedures stipulated by the company and relevant project

2. Write the manuscript based on customers’ segmentation topic contents

3. Modify the writing draft based on customers’ comments

4. Obey intermediate leader’s arrangement and conduct professional summary and reporting regularly.

 

Job requirements:

1. Master’s degree in Marketing; More than 2 years’ professional experience

2. Experienced in training or Copywriter; those equipped with marketing experience are preferred

3. Skilled at using Microsoft applications, particular of PowerPoint, Excel and MS Word

4. Positive planning and organizational abilities; able to be in charge of multitasks

5. Confident, initiative, willing to work in groups

6. Mature, independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
